This policy explains what information Pochron Studios collects when you order prints through our online ordering service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Pochron Studios (“we,” “us”) operates the print-ordering service at order.pochronstudios.com. We are responsible for the personal information described here. If you have any question about your data, contact us through our contact page or at info@pochronstudios.com.

Information we collect

Photos you upload. The image files you submit for printing, along with any technical details embedded in them (such as dimensions or color profile) and any crop, border, or edit choices you make.
Order and contact details. Your name, email address, and shipping address. If you send prints under a different sender name or return address, we collect that too.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. You enter your card details directly with Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation and limited details (such as the card brand and last four digits) needed to manage your order.
Files you import. If you choose to import a photo from Google Drive or Dropbox, we access only the specific file or files you select for that order, and nothing else in your account.
Basic technical information. Standard details your browser sends, such as your IP address, and a session cookie that keeps your order together while you use the site.

How we use your information

To produce, review, and ship the prints you order.
To process payment, including authorizing your card and charging it when your order is approved for printing.
To email you order confirmations, proofs, and any questions about your order.
To keep records of your orders and provide customer service, including reprints.
To keep the service secure and working properly.

Your photos

We use the images you upload only to fulfill your order. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising, promotion, or any public display without your explicit permission. You keep all rights to your own images. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to print the images you submit.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the service and fulfill your order, and only as needed for those tasks:

Stripe for payment processing.
Cloudflare for secure storage of your image files.
Amazon Web Services for hosting the ordering service.
Our email delivery provider for sending order-related email.
Google or Dropbox, only if you use those options to import a photo.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your images and order details for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle reprints and support, and meet our record-keeping and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your images and personal information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep certain records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under California law, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls that limit who can reach your files and order details. No online service can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.

International handling

We and our service providers process and store information in the United States. If you order from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies

We use a small number of necessary cookies to keep your ordering session working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
