These terms apply when you order prints from Pochron Studios through order.pochronstudios.com. Placing an order means you agree to them.
You upload your images, choose paper, size, and finishing, and submit your order. Every order is reviewed by Pochron Studios before it is printed. If we see a problem, such as a file that is too low-resolution for the size you picked, or anything that looks unintended, we will contact you before printing.
You can edit color and crop your image yourself, or add Hand Color Correction, in which case Pochron Studios prepares the color from your file before printing. Screens are not print. On-screen color depends on your monitor and may differ from the final print. If you want us to prepare the color, choose Hand Color Correction. For exhibition work or more involved editing, contact the studio.
You keep all rights to the images you upload. By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have permission to print the images you submit. You grant Pochron Studios a limited license to reproduce your images only as needed to produce and ship your order. We do not use your images for advertising or promotion without your explicit permission.
Production and shipping times shown are estimates, not guarantees. We ship to the address you provide, and title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Please make sure your shipping details are correct before you submit.
Prints are made to order for you. If a print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved because of an error on our side, contact us and we will remake it or refund it. We cannot remake or refund for issues we flagged before printing and you chose to proceed with, such as a low-resolution file, or for differences that come from your own monitor calibration. To request a remake or refund, contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order.
You can cancel an order any time before it is approved for printing, at no charge, since your card has only been authorized. Once an order is approved and in production, it usually cannot be canceled.
To the extent permitted by law, Pochron Studios' total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. The terms in effect when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
